We deliver your package at the address that you provided. We do not accept P.O. Boxes. For Swiss customers  a delivery fee of  CHF 9.00 is charged for one item. Shippping charges depend on weight,  For international orders we let you know the shipping costs by email.The amount depends on the desired type of delivery: parcel post or Express Courrier.

Refund Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 10 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
